Beryl Sears is the Branch Broker of our Oklahoma office and has been in the real estate business since 1982. With a Bachelor's degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a MBA from Oklahoma State University, he is very knowledgeable and skilled in listing and selling farms and ranches in Oklahoma.
Being a sixth generation Chickasaw in the area, Beryl knows the land of southeast Oklahoma. Growing up on a peanut farm and cattle ranch, he has continued operating and owning land that has been in his family since 1901. He serves as Chairman of the Bryan County Natural Resources Conservation Committee and has served on the board of the Bryan County Farm Services Agency.

Ian is a Texas real estate broker who has been working with David Norman Realty Advisors for over a decade. Shane Ballard has been a licensed Texas sales agent since 2015, primarily focusing on farm, ranch, and recreational properties. Jackie Reid is a Texas native and a Fannin County resident. Wife of Mike Reid, and mother to three children, she has grown up in the North Dallas area giving her the experience of both city and country living.
One of the perks of real estate is working with people. Jackie has been fortunate to work in corporate America, banking, for the school district, telemarketing, retail, child care and with the elderly. She has done mission work in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America. She is also a self-published author, His Call for the Seasons, Spring and Summer, a devotional book for teenagers.

Toby Isenberg has an Associate's degree from OSU Tech and is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He has been in public education as a classroom teacher at Achille Middle School for over 25 years. As a bi-vocational pastor of the Community Baptist Church in Achille, Toby is a long-time advocate of rural families, the great outdoors, and is also very active in the Kemp Baptist Church.
