David Norman's passion is land brokerage. He has a deep history in the agricultural industry giving him invaluable skills to assist the clients he represents in all their land brokerage needs. As Broker/Owner of David Norman Realty Advisors, he was raised the fifth generation working on the 12,000 acre family farming and ranching operation covering three counties in north Texas, which is currently managed by his son, Tyler.
He founded David Norman Realty Advisors with the goal of it becoming the premiere and most qualified land brokerage company offering expert services in every aspect of transacting farm, ranch, and recreational properties for both buyers and sellers. While other general real estate offices sell themselves as "experts" in land brokerage, David's extensive experience and proven success record allows him to provide the most comprehensive and thorough services to all of his clients. He has represented many satisfied customers for over 30 years including high net-worth clients with 1031 Tax Free Exchanges, those selling and buying multi-million dollar properties, and many young farmers and ranchers buying their very first tracts of land.
David graduated from Texas A&M--Commerce with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Agricultural Finance. He is very proud he represented his alma mater in the recent acquisition of the farm land in Hunt County for The Texas A&M--Commerce Agricultural Research Facility benefiting all farmers and ranchers throughout Texas.
He is President-elect of the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors and member of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems MLS in Texas, member of the Texoma Board of Realtors and the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors Multi-Listing Service in Oklahoma, a representative on the Texas Association of Realtor Land Use Committee, member of The Realtors Land Institute, and holds the designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert. He and his wife Peggy live in Leonard, Texas and are very active in the community and their church. They have two children, Tyler and Alison Watson, and grandson Gavin Watson.
