raised on a fifth generation farming operation in Grayson
County, Texas, which is still in
operation, David graduated from Texas A & M in
Commerce, Texas with a major in
Business Administration and a minor in Agricultural Economics.
In 2008, his firm David Norman Realty Advisors, had sales that exceeded thirteen million dollars,
making the firm one of largest in lot and acreage sales in NETREIS. NETREIS
is the North Texas Real Estate Information Services (MLS) which encompasses a large part of the Dallas, Fort Worth, and most of north and
northeast Texas. In addition of this

David is currently member or affiliated

Chamber of Commerce, and Valley Creek Baptist Church. Some of his past
memberships or affiliations include: Director for Greater Association of
Realtors, MLS Committee Chair for NETREIS, and
Leonard ISD School Board Member for 9 years.
David wife’s name is Peggy and they have
been married for 22 years. They have two children. Alison is a
freshman at Texas A&M Commerce, and Tyler is a Senior at Leonard High School. All are very active in
their community.
